One of the most pressing concerns is the unpredictability around tariffs. According to an Allianz survey of 4,500 companies across the U.S., UK, Europe, and China, a significant number of companies are already implementing measures to address tariff impacts. Roughly 34% have relocated production sites or suppliers while another 59% are planning to follow suit. In the U.S., the urgency is even more pronounced—60% of companies have already identified new locations for their operations.¹

In an era where remote and hybrid work environments are the norm, these disconnected systems make it difficult for product teams and supply chain partners to stay aligned and nimble.

The consequences are tangible—and costly. Product shipment delays, quality issues, rising customer complaints, shrinking margins, and the inability to gain first-mover advantages are becoming all too common.
