Automations provide a no-code approach to automate business processes within an Arena workspace. Users can save time and avoid errors caused by incorrect data entry.
Triggers define when and how automations or outbound event integrations are initiated in Arena. When a trigger is activated, it either generates an event for the Events Engine or initiates the associated automation workflow.
Custom Actions enable account administrators to specify when and where users can manually run automations or outbound event integrations directly from the Arena user interface, without relying on scheduled or system-driven events.
