National Association for Business Resources to Honor San Francisco’s ‘Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’
Foster City, Calif., Dec 8 - Arena Solutions, the pioneer of cloud-based product lifecycle management (PLM) applications, today announced that it has been named one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” in the San Francisco Bay Area by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” is a national program with annual symposium and award galas presented in Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Milwaukee, San Francisco, Grand Rapids and Dallas.
The NABR’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
“Profitability and stability are essential for businesses in today’s economic climate. Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president. “Our 2014 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward. We are proud to honor this year’s winners.”
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.
“We strongly believe that if an employee truly likes where they work, their contributions to the company and its culture will be greater,” said Craig Livingston, CEO of Arena Solutions. “At Arena, we’ve built a corporate environment that fosters teamwork, open exchange of ideas and hard work, but also balances the need to have fun and a life outside of the office. I continue to be inspired by the quality of people Arena attracts. This award is gratifying because it confirms we've created an environment that fosters professional growth and inspires our employees to produce great results.
