The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 20.
More than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. Arena Solutions was nominated in the Software – Project Management Solution category.
Arena PLM is a unique, multi-tenant, cloud-based, Product Lifecycle Management solution suite that affords OEMs complete control and visibility over complex bills of materials (BOM), including all aspects of their supply chain and engineering change management (ECR/ECO) while uniquely tying key events directly to the product record. Arena PLM connects design, engineering and manufacturing to give customers a single version of the truth for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to manufacturing to retirement, and simplifies the management/tracking of every part needed.
For the past two years, Arena has released innovation after innovation, including the Arena Quality, Analytics, Scribe, Projects and Demand modules. While any size company can benefit from these solutions, Arena’s intense focus on developing a broader, integrated, highly advanced set of capabilities has significantly grown its footprint among larger global enterprises.
“Arena is very honored and grateful to be recognized by the judges at the American Business Awards for the third consecutive year,” said Steve Chalgren, executive vice president of product management and chief strategy officer for Arena Solutions. ”We created Arena PLM to enable OEMs to gain control over their complex bill of materials and supply chains. With the explosion of the Internet of Things, companies from previously untapped markets are now coming to Arena to collapse time-to-market with their newly embedded complex electronic components. This award validates that we are helping manufacturers to achieve their business goals.”
More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
“The judges were extremely impressed with the quality of entries we received this year. The competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
