Her background includes four years at Abila, Inc. as a key member of the executive team that quickly grew the business, leading to an acquisition by Ministry Brands. Erin also spent 11 years as director of human resources at Sage, partnering with the executive leadership team to translate corporate business objectives into specific, measurable human resources and strategic initiatives that enabled a competitive advantage.
Erin has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Texas Lutheran University. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and certifications from the University of Texas Professional Development Program and is an active member of Society of Human Resources, WilcoHR, and ARMHA organizations.
