Submitting Help Cases to Arena Support
In the event that you need specialized assistance, Arena provides free email-based support to all active Arena customers and their partners and suppliers. Arena users can submit cases to the Arena support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support service provides a response within one business day.

  • When you are using Arena, click the FastFeedback™ link at the bottom right corner of every Arena application page to submit a support request. FastFeedback™ captures your comments, appends information about the page you are viewing, and adds your request to the support queue.
  • To submit a support case now, click here to send an email to the Arena support team. Please remember to be as specific and detailed as possible about the issue you are reporting.

Online Support Center
Each Arena user now has access to a customized Online Support Center to give you real-time access to your support cases.

  • Check the latest status of your support cases online 24 hours a day. Add comments to your cases, and see any suggested solutions or references to help you resolve your issue.
  • Review frequently-asked questions about support procedures, browse the knowledgebase of common technical how-to solutions, and access related reference documents.

Enhanced Support
All Arena customers receive standard email-based support as part of their Arena subscription. For customers with critical support needs, Arena offers a more intensive level of support for an additional annual fee.

Enhanced Support includes:

  • 24-hour, 5-day-per-week urgent case support featuring a US toll-free number, live telephone support, and initial response to support cases within one hour.
  • Unlimited access to Arena’s on-demand web-based training modules for all account users.

Enhanced Support is available as follows:

  • Enhanced Support is included at no additional charge to Arena Enterprise Edition users.
