• Complete bill of material specifications: Capture all critical BOM data in a centralized, revision-controlled product structure.
• Bill of material attributes: Track attributes such as quantity, BOM notes and reference designators tied to the specific assembly. Use intelligent reference designator verification to match quantity and format.

• Substitute parts: Identify parts to be replaced across all products and bills of materials, and substitute parts within your BOM, including down-revision assemblies.
• Bulk replace: Mass replace a single part in many locations within one BOM or in multiple disparate BOMs.
• BOM subscription: Sign up to receive automatic notifications any time a BOM or its related data is versioned.
• Fully nested BOMs: Easily drill down or work up multiple levels of the product structure. View the complete product assembly and subassemblies that make up your specific BOM and / or product.

• Optional BOM Scrubbing: Perform a bulk match of all supplier items in a selected BOM to Avnet Prómiere component reference content. Optionally import manufacture part number and manufacturer name.
• Import & Export: Easily import / export complete BOMs (including sourcing data) via a configurable wizard for .csv and .pdx (xml).
