Jeff heads up the finance, accounting, operations, and legal departments. He is primarily responsible for financial reporting, sales operations, forecasting, and M&A activities.
Jeff’s experience includes Abila, Inc., where he oversaw finance, accounting, and legal functions and led a successful sale to Ministry Brands. Before that, as a strategic consultant at DigitalGlobe, Jeff created forecasts, budgets, key metrics, and the structure for a new organization within a multimillion-dollar publicly traded company. Prior to that, Jeff led the operations team at Travelclick and led the due diligence process that culminated in the sale to Thoma Bravo. He has held key executive-level positions at Hoovers (a Dun & Bradstreet company) and Dun & Bradstreet.
Jeff earned a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
