Andrea oversees our global sales organization, including business development, sales, solution consulting, and business partner alliances.
With more than 20 years’ experience building, scaling, and managing successful sales organizations, Andrea has created sales processes and best practices to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Andrea’s career has involved managing sales operations for Agile Software and Oracle after they were acquired. She developed new certification programs, processes, strategic PLM campaigns, and targeted training programs to strengthen key partnerships. Andrea’s sales leadership experience started at think3, an early PLM solutions leader, where she developed a comprehensive approach to build, scale, and drive enterprise software sales teams.
She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Northwood University, and has advanced expertise in value-driven approaches for enterprise application sales.
