Arena Solutions Named One of the 2013 Best Places to Work...Again!
Foster City, Calif., May 13 - Arena Solutions, pioneer of cloud PLM applications, announced that it has been named one of the 2013 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times. Arena shares this honor with winners such as Intuit, Genentech and Yammer.
“Arena is happy to once again be recognized as one of the top places to work in the Bay Area,” said Arena Sr. Director of Human Resources, Jan Russo. “Arena is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent by providing a strong positive company culture that makes them excited to contribute.”
The 2013 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area awards recognizes the top employers in the Bay Area, grouping them into five categories based on company size. The award program surveyed Bay Area employees from over 200 companies to find those organizations whose employees gave them the highest ratings in areas such as employee benefits, workplace culture and opportunities for advancement.
“The cumulative impact of a positive work environment is a more productive business,” said Arena CEO Craig Livingston. “Companies that treat employees with respect rank high in customer support feedback. A company’s support teams — nurtured by the positive example set forth by their own managers — understand the importance of listening and being sensitive to the challenges of others — in this case, customers. Happy employees lead to happy customers.”
The survey is produced by the San Francisco Business Times, the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal and the Book of Lists. Winners were honored at a special award gala that took place on April 24, 2013 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
