Request Lifecycle Overview
Description
Requests have 3 lifecycle stages: Pre-Evaluation, Evaluation, and Resolved. This video shows examples of what Requests look like at each stage, and how Request views should be completed before a Request moves from one stage to the next. After watching this video, users will understand the phases within each stage, and how to complete tasks like preparing a Request, evaluating a Request, and making a recommendation for Request dispositioning.
