Creating a Request
Description
Requests track user discussion about modifications that could be incorporated into the product record with a Change. This video shows how to create a new Request and get it ready for submission. After watching this video, users will be able to select Items and add them to a new Request. Users will also see examples of how to complete Request fields like Problem and Requested Action, how to choose evaluator groups, select the right Request codes and enter notes for evaluators.
