Unclutter Search Results in the Changes World
Searches in the Changes World generally return all changes, whether they are actively being worked on or not. This results in a long list for users to browse through to find the Change they want. To return only those Changes that are still being worked on, do the following:
- As Changes are implemented, mark them as Completed.
- Set your Changes World Search Results personal setting to “Exclude Processed Changes”—all Changes in the Canceled or Completed phase will be excluded from searches.
