Advanced User

Add on to your basic Arena skills. Topics include: advanced product development; complex bills of materials; sourcing;
costing; supplier access; advanced file management; importing and exporting; uses for request management tool; and details on change order usage.

Employee and partner users with full access who will do more than just create basic items and BOMs and approve changes.

Administrator
run time: 3 hrs
|
Master all aspects of administering Arena. Topics include: managing users and access; configuring account settings;
custom attributes and categories; automated item numbering; defining company request and change order procedures; management
of request and change order processes; and ongoing administrative responsibilities. Arena Advanced User training is a prerequisite course.

Users who will have Arena Account Administrator, Change Administrator, and/or Request Administrator responsibilities.

Arena for Supplier Users

Learn the basics of using Arena as a supplier user. Topics include: the Arena interface; finding and viewing records; how items are sourced to
suppliers; uploading quotes and files; item revision concepts; contract manufacturer privileges; reviewing change orders; and submitting requests.

Project Collaboration

See how to use Project Collaboration to answer questions such as “Will my product ship on time?”, “Where are the bottlenecks in the project?” and
“Is my task list accurate?” Topics include: defining and scheduling projects; making task assignments; tracking project status; and viewing metrics for
product-related projects. Ideal for project executives, managers, and other project team members. Arena Advanced User training is a recommended prerequisite course.
