New Customer Program

The New Customer Program is a series of classes designed to prepare any user for a new role in Arena. By picking and choosing from available classes, users can learn just what they need for completing today's tasks, or everything there is to know about Arena, including configuring a new Workspace.

Completing the three part program will allow implementation teams and Arena Administrators at your company to configure, administer, and train others. The program offers a collection of on-demand, instructor-led web-training and instructor-led sessions.

Designed to allow learning about Arena with minimal disruption to daily work, users who complete the program will not only be familiar with core functionality, but also able to configure an Arena Workspace for your company.

New Customers can attend any of the following:
  • Program Orientation — 30 min instructor-led web-session introduces users to on-demand training, instructor-led, web-based training scheduling, and onsite, instructor-led class logistics
  • Part 1: Arena Basics — on-demand training
  • Part 2: Arena Advanced — on-demand training or live one hour webinars, or both
  • Part 3: Arena Planning and Configuration* — two day in person class at Arena headquarters in Foster City, CA

* Prerequisite: Part 1: Arena Basics via on-demand and Part 2: Arena Advanced on-demand or live webinars are required before attending Part 3.
