Arena Support
Arena offers a range of support services, from technical support to answer your everyday questions to hands-on support from our customer success team for help getting started with a new feature, applying best practices or solving another challenge. You can also hear about what other customers are doing by talking to them in the Arena Discussion Forums.
Technical Support
Technical support is available to all Arena customers, as well as their partners and suppliers. Using the FastFeedback™ link found on every page in the Arena application, they can send questions, issues and suggestions directly to the Arena support team and receive a response within one business day (often within just a couple of hours).
The status of cases can be seen at the online support portal. In addition to commenting on their cases and seeing suggested solutions, portal users can review frequently-asked questions or browse the knowledge base of common technical solutions.

Continuing Support from the Customer Success Team
You started fast because you had to. Now you can expand without slowing down. Arena customer success programs help customers get the most out of the features they’re already using and take advantage of additional functionality when they are ready. When training isn’t enough or you just don’t have time to do it yourself, the Arena customer success team can provide assistance to keep your team going. Programs range from do-it-yourself toolkits to hands-on support and guidance from our customer success team. Most plans are free.
