When you need assistance, Arena is here to help with web-based training, technical support and hands-on guidance from our customer success team.

Arena Training

Arena training gets you up and running quickly—on your schedule, at your convenience. A simple menu of online classes makes it easy to learn exactly what you need to know to start using Arena.

With our recommended programs new customers, users, suppliers and administrators can quickly learn what they need to be effective. Core courses are offered in two formats: a series of 60-minute, live web classes that include Q&A with an instructor and a set of on-demand modules that can be accessed 24 hours a day from your web browser. Advanced classes for Arena administrators are available on-demand or in-person at Arena headquarters.

Arena Support

Arena offers a range of support services, from technical support to answer your everyday questions to hands-on support from our customer success team for help getting started with a new feature, applying best practices or solving another challenge. You can also hear about what other customers are doing by talking to them in the Arena Discussion Forums.

Technical Support

Technical support is available to all active Arena customers, as well as their partners and suppliers. Using the FastFeedback™ link found on every page in the Arena application, they can send questions, issues and suggestions directly to the Arena support team and receive a response within one business day (often within just a couple of hours).

Hands-On Support

Arena customer success programs help companies get the most out of the features they’re already using and take advantage of additional functionality whenever they’re ready. Programs range from do-it-yourself toolkits to hands-on support and guidance from our team. Most plans are free.

In the Arena Discussion Forums, current and former Arena users connect with each other to share tips, tricks and best practices for how to make the most of Arena.
