When you need assistance, Arena is here to help with technical support, hands-on guidance from our customer success team and a customer center filled with resources to help you get the most out of Arena.

Arena Customer Center

In the Arena Customer Center you will find how-to videos, web classes and best practice tips to help you get up and running quickly and easily.

Our goal is to make it convenient for you to learn exactly what you need to be effective. We offer training that is available as live, instructor-led web classes that include time for Q&A and as pre-recorded modules that can be accessed 24 hours a day from your web browser. (Course material in the live and recorded sessions is identical.) View a list of our web classes.

Arena Support

Arena offers a range of support services, from technical support for your everyday questions to hands-on support from our customer success team for help getting started with a new feature, applying best practices or solving another challenge. You can also hear about what other customers are doing by talking to them in the Arena Discussion Forums.

Technical Support

Technical support is available to all active Arena customers, as well as their partners and suppliers. Using the FastFeedback™ link found on every page in the Arena application, users can send questions, issues and suggestions directly to the Arena support team and receive a response within one business day (often within just a couple of hours).

The status of cases can be seen at the online support center. In addition to commenting on their cases and seeing suggested solutions, portal users can review frequently asked questions or browse the knowledge base of common technical solutions.
