How it Works

  • The integration is triggered when Item-related information such as vendor or component data is changed via engineering change order (ECO) in Arena.
  • The NetSuite Adapter receives and processes the changes.
  • Existing Items/SKUs are updated or new Items/SKUs are created in NetSuite.
  • The Adapter logs the updates and any exceptions.
  • The administrator is notified via email of any changes.
