Radio Systems Corporation, maker of PetSafe brand products, manufactures an extensive line of pet containment, behavioral solutions, and training products. In addition, PetSafe is the largest brand of pet doors and pet patio panels.

After years of using a homegrown application to manage their product data, the product development team recognized the need for more sophisticated data management to enable seamless collaboration. Petsafe works extensively with contract manufacturers in Asia and Mexico and they needed a real-time central repository with built-in communication tools to share data through their global supply chain.
