Nathan Martin

Director of Customer Success

As director of customer success, Nathan Martin oversees the professional services and training teams whose role is to ensure that the Arena solution is successfully deployed and adopted across the entire customer base.

Nathan has spent his career working closely with manufacturers to understand their challenges and connect them with solutions that help achieve their objectives. At Arena he’s been both a solution consultant and an account manager, working with companies before and after they’ve selected Arena. That’s given him deep insight into manufacturers’ needs and practical experience helping them gain tangible value from the Arena solution. Before joining Arena, Nathan worked in a variety of product management and application engineering roles at PLM provider think3, lean manufacturing consultancy DTAKT Systems and computing solution provider Silicon Graphics.

A manufacturing engineer by training, Nathan has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Ohio University.
