Jason Chiu

Director of Professional Services

As director of professional services, Jason Chiu oversees consulting, education services and customer support and is responsible for ensuring that Arena products are successfully deployed, adopted and supported across the entire customer base.

Jason’s background in operations and supply chain management gives him a deep understanding of the needs of mid-market manufacturers, while his management expertise equips him well to manage global projects and diverse teams. Before joining Arena in 2003, he worked as a product manager for Commerce Events, a provider of networked supply chain management applications, and held management positions in logistics, materials and procurement at 3Com and Silicon Graphics Inc.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in operations and materials management from California State University at Hayward.
