Responsibilities

• Follow up on prospect leads via phone and email, qualify that prospect, and uniquely position Arena’s solutions.
• Determine appropriate engagement strategy and execute, leveraging a variety of marketing and sales tools.
• Manage a large prospect base using state-of-the-art salesforce automation tools.
• Proactively follow up on webinars, email campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Work collaboratively with Arena Account Executives to strategize, build campaigns and close business.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with picking up a phone and calling someone you haven’t talked to before.
• Ability to steer a conversation and get the information you want.
• High energy and a self-starter, high degree of intellectual curiosity.
• Competitive and team player.
• Taking initiative rather than waiting for something to happen.
• Interest in understanding business challenges.
• Interest in selling software solutions.
• Interested in building a successful sales career by rolling up your sleeves.
• Any understanding of product development processes or a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
